Duets for Abdelrazik is a cultural project aiming to express musical solidarity for the ongoing struggle of Abousfian Abdelrazik, a Sudanese-Canadian jailed on the recommendation of the Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS) in Sudan. It is difficult to describe in words both the horror of torture but also the sustained determination by Abdelrazik in the struggle for justice. In music great Montreal artists recorded Duets for Abdelrazik is a musical project coordinated by Stefan Christoff, an attempt to illuminate Abdelrazik’s struggle.
